Never Tell Yourself - NO!

Never Tell Yourself - NO! . When you came into this world, you came in naked, scared, crying and innocent. You were completely helpless and totally dependent on those around you for everything you needed to survive. You are the only one that can determine who you are, what you do, and where you will go. These are your God given - RIGHTS. Everything else is a privilege you create or earn. Freedom - love it, use it, don’t abuse it!

FIND / BUY / REHAB / SELL or HOLD?

Real Estate Investing is very popular since the Great Crash of 2008 and the following recession years that we are still in. With all the TV Shows now, so many people are trying to build new wealth by Flipping Real Estate. Some are trying to get back what they lost, however, it needs to be done correctly and with respect for the sellers.

Many are running around without proper guidance and learning the business in the world-of-hard-knocks. Win some – Lose some. I hope there are always more Wins to their losses.

Some win some lose, but they are all providing a great service to our communities buy finding and restoring lost properties and giving people places to rent or own. This helps everyone in the communities by reducing the amount of neglected or abandoned properties and raising the quality of those neighborhoods.

If you are one of the brave new investors, find a good seasoned mentor, make sure it’s a win-win-win solution. Do the math and save time and money by being successful enough to continue helping others for years to come.
